Investigations
Shults Law Firm provides investigation services into complaints of alleged misconduct in workplace, academic, and nonprofit settings. An impartial, external investigation conducted by a trained professional allows our clients to make informed decisions about sensitive matters. Engaging an outside investigator also allows our clients to avoid conflicts of interest and perceptions of bias while preserving the attorney-client relationship with their regular outside or in-house counsel. We are committed to objectivity, integrity, and thoroughness in producing timely investigative reports. When asked, we also provide risk analysis and legal compliance advice to clients based on our investigative findings.
